I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know what a great time my brother and I had on our recent fishing trip with you.

Everything was just as advertised on your web site; good food (and lots of it!); clean comfortable lodging, good fishing and a really good guide. We fished with Captain CJ and even under what he said were pretty tough conditions for redfish; we still managed to catch a limit. And the hospitality couldn’t be beat I don’t care where you go; not like a lot of the commercial fishing operations we’ve fished with before.

Fishing with you was like going on a trip with a bunch of old friends.

We have arrived home and I wanted to let you all know that our trip was wonderful. Thank you all so much for making our venture to Louisiana a great one. Our guide Steve was great.He had to be to put up with me! lol You were all very kind and the food was great. What a GREAT TIME....

Finally made it home from our spring break and wanted to drop you a note to say what a great time we had fishing with C.J. With the wind and weather we had I was not overly optimistic of our chances of catching much of anything. C.J. worked hard to keep us in clean water all day and the trip was a blast. We have had a couple of dinners of spec fillets and they were great, looking forward to blackened redfish this Friday. We want to thank C.J. for a great day on the water and we are looking forward to sharing a boat with him again. Even my wife who did not fish with us was very impressed with your facility. She said that it was definitely not your run of the mill "fish camp". Keep up the good work. Until next time...

Hey, how are ya'll doing down there in beautiful Lafitte. I wish that I was there now...going catchen!

I just got a great Christmas Card from you (thank you) and wanted to reciprocate (big word for me) and extend a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to Raymond, Belinda, family and all the guides. Hopefully we will be able to get our normal Nashville group together again this year and head your way. We always enjoy the Griffin Hospitality, the food, the guides and most of all the great fishing!!!!

Thanks Griffin Charters and especially capt. "CJ" for the special fishing trip I had with my son on 7/16/04. The entire staff and owners made every effort to insure my son Austin and I had a great first red fishing trip, captain "CJ" was very supportive and patient with my son while fishing and gave him undivided attention and encouragement the entire time we fished. "CJ" was relintless and determined to make sure we caught our limit of Reds before our trip was done for the day. CJ is truly a great person and guide and I would recommend him to anyone.The accomodations also are great with clean rooms and great meals,the entire experience was very enjoyable.

Thanks for making a great father and son memory.

Thanks Griffin Charters and especially Capt Chet for the great time fishing. It was truly a thrill catching those Louisiana redfish. I packed them up and I'm getting ready to cook them up on the grill right now with some friends.

"What a great day. Just got back home to Luling and cleaned up. Put the fish in the freezer for a weekend fish fry. Our foursome fished with Carl today and had a GREAT time. We've visited your city a handful of times but this was the first time we went fishing... and I got to say it was the best memory of the trip. We were pulling out 25+ lb redfish much of the day. Just a few pictures of our very memorable fishing adventure. After the dust settled and we were able to take account of our days� activities, we realized that in less than 4 hours of fishing, Debi and I boated over 350 pounds of fish�WOW!!!...That included 12 monster Redfish and 3 huge Black Drum, not including the two �keepers� in the group photo.

Like I had mentioned to you during our trip back from fishing, Debi and I have fished quite extensively throughout the Gulf Coast and have always had great experiences. However, this experience was by far, the most productive we have ever had. The fishing was great, the weather was outstanding and the experience overall was one that we will never forget.

I commend you and your great ability to maneuver us into the fish, and wish you continued success with any future outings that you undertake.

Please tell Belinda, Gabe, Brock and C.J. that we appreciate their hospitality and extend to them our gratitude for their parts in making our fishing experience one which we will never forget and one which will be on our minds until the next time we meet.

"Dear Raymond and Belinda,

Just wanted to write and let you know what a wonderful time Joe and I had on our Redfishing excursion during 20-23 Jun. It was money well spent. I guess you are not kidding on your brochures about the "catchin" slogan, because we caught plenty.

C.J. is an awesome guide and he kept us on the reds and out of the weather. He is a total professional not only at fishing but dealing with people. He really made us look like we knew what we were doing. He didn't just take us fishing for reds, he taught us how to spot them and get them in the boat. We did not expect to learn so much on this trip, it was great.

All the staff we were in contact with were considerate, professional and treated us like royalty. It is hard to come back to reality. We would like to send a Great Big Thanks to Gabe and Uncle Bruce for feeding us so well in the evenings, I think I am still full.

We just wanted to say "Thanks" to you and the staff for the hospitality we received during this trip...We really felt appreciated and we have already recommended your service to our friends, we are trying to plan another trip in the fall, with a few friends....Thanks again... "
